NEED A COPY OF THIS RECORDING Source description: The Jean Shepherd Show. September 28, 1965. WOR, New York. Participating sponsors. The "Fall Frenzy" has begun to set in. Shepherd describes signing on the air while working for a "two-bit tank radio station." While living in a "crummy, small-town hotel," he's locked out of the station just before sign-on. The opening and closing themes have been partially deleted. Jean Shepherd, Dick Cavett (commercial spokesman: Ballantine), Mel Brooks (commercial spokesman: Ballantine). 45:07. Audio condition: Very good to excellent. Complete as above.
