Every man should have a period in his life where he just contemplates Shep awards the "Dr Spock Award" to Illinois State Legislature Shepherd's "One Hundred and Eighty Degree Phase Shift of Reality Theory" Everything is 180 degrees opposite of what it claims to be The Nome Nugget - Albro B. Gregory editor Shep talks about the prank played on Albro, who was anti parking meter. The mayor and city manager had gotten an old parking meter from the mayor of Anchorage and installed it in from of the Nome Nugget.
