Bergenfield — A Nedicks Charcoal Center, the first one of this new type restaurant, will be formally opened Saturday night. Jean Shepherd, who conducts a Sunday radio program, will greet visitors from 6 to 7 P. M. at the center on South Washington and West Englewood Avenues. Peter A. Sando of 293 East Clinton Avenue, Tenafly, president of Nedicks has reorganized the company.
